This recreational hybrid bike is a combination road bike, off-road bike and comfort bike. Built on a 700C road bike frame, this bike adds front suspension to smooth out the road, a suspension seat for comfort, riser handlebars for control and safety, an angle adjustable stem for setting just the right riding position, slightly wider tires for more versatile riding surfaces, and Shimano’s Inter-7 gearing to deliver a smooth, enjoyable, worry-free ride. The Runabout’s 7-speeds offer a gear range comparable to 17 gears on a 24-gear chain bike, providing a wide range of gearing - low enough for climbing hilly streets, and high enough for cruising at speeds of 20+ MPH. Most of all, with its fully enclosed shaft drive and internal gearing, there is no grease to get on your hands or clothes and no derailleurs or sprockets to tear clothes or cut fingers. This is why the Runabout is a perfect bike for getting away from it all for a while. In short, this bike is designed for years of fun-filled worry-free riding, without the maintenance and greasy mess of chains and derailleurs.

This bike needs a Front Hub Motor Kit so that you are able to keep the internal hub. If you would like to add a Hub Motor Kit to this bike choose the kit of your choice and purchase it separate. If you would like for us to install the motor kit there is an additional charge.
