Shipping Policy:

The PoweRide Store utilizes UPS and USPS as the major carrier for shipping an order. If we have the Item in stock we will get the order shipped within 48 Hrs. If we do not have the item in stock there will be a note at the bottom of the page informing when the product is expected.

International Orders should submit payment by one for the following methods:
*International Money Order
*Western Union Money Order
*PayPal (verified address)



Return Policy:

We will accept returns if the item is returned unused and with the original packing. No returns after 5 days from receipt of goods. The customer will be responsible for all shipping cost and insurance to return an item. The credit will be given when the item has been received and inspected to insure new condition. The credit will be given in the form of payment received. If customer used a credit card then a credit will be given on the credit card used to make the purchase. The credit for a return product will be for the product(s) only, not the original shipping charges. A RMA number will have to be given to a customer before the item can be returned. A 10% restocking fee will apply on all items returned. To request a RMA number just send an email by going to the Contact Us Tab on the Welcome Page. Please reference your order number when requesting a RMA.
